- Where is my order shipped from?

- How can I get the order confirmation?
We will send you a Confirmation email as soon as you place the order. In case, you do not receive the email from contact@migoogi.com, please check the email address you provided to make sure that it is correct. If you need any further assistance, feel free to contact us via the above email.
- When will my order be shipped?
Normally, it takes 2-3 days for us to ship out your order after you make the payment successfully.
- How to track my order?
When your order is sent out, you will receive a tracking information email mentioning the tracking number and the link to the logistics carrier's website so that you can use that link to follow your order status.
- How to change my order information?
If you find that your shipping address or variants are incorrect, please email us as soon as possible so that we can support you in changing the information.
To ensure that your order information is accurate, please double-check it after placing the order.

- What is your return policy?
Returns are available if initiated within five (5) days of the day the carrier's system shows the delivery status successfully.
The return policy will only apply in case the items are wrong, damaged, or have any manufacturing problems. We will refuse to make refunds or changes for the products delivered in their original condition.
